Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These are the terms for using the homepage made by STUDIO GOAT (https://stgoat.ai.kr), STUDIO GOAT account (https://account.stgoat.ai.kr), STUDIO GOAT Checkout (https://pay.stgoat.ai.kr) and its works (The Commute Home https://potentia.stgoat.ai.kr, Mukkit List https://mukkit.stgoat.ai.kr). The operator is the business listed under “Business information” below (the “operator” in these terms).

2. When these terms change

When we change these terms, we announce the changes, the reasons and the effective date on the front page of the homepage from 7 days before the effective date, and keep the current terms available to read as well. If a change is to your disadvantage, we announce it from 30 days before the effective date and also show it separately on the screens you reach with your account (the operator doesn’t keep email addresses, so we can’t send individual emails). If you don’t like the changed terms, you can stop using the service and delete your account. Products you have already bought keep the conditions from when you bought them (price, what is unlocked, refunds).

3. Accounts

• In a work, a guest account is created on your first visit with no sign-up, and you can connect it to a STUDIO GOAT account (Google sign-in) if you want. One account can be used across several works.
• A guest account not connected to Google can’t be recovered if you change devices or clear your browser storage.
• You can delete a work’s account in the game, and your STUDIO GOAT account at https://account.stgoat.ai.kr, anytime.
• Mukkit List can be used without an account. If you want, you can sign in with a STUDIO GOAT account to continue on other devices and in groups.
• The full version of The Commute Home is tied to your STUDIO GOAT account. If you delete your STUDIO GOAT account, the products you bought are deleted with it, and this can’t be undone.

4. The service

• The homepage, Mukkit List and the free part of The Commute Home (Local) are free. Paid products are described in “5. Paid products and payment”.
• Works in testing may change their content, balance and save format without notice, and progress may be reset if necessary. When a reset is needed, we try to announce it in advance. However, content unlocked by a purchase is never locked again.
• The service may pause briefly for maintenance or outages. If we stop offering a work, we will announce it from 30 days before. When we stop offering a work that has paid products, section 4 of the “Refund Policy” applies.

5. Paid products and payment

1. Products you can buy now are shown on the homepage and the checkout screen. Products marked “not on sale yet” can’t be bought yet, and the conditions below apply from the day sales of that product begin.
2. The full version of The Commute Home — unlocks all content after the free part (Local). ₩3,300, a one-time purchase (no further payments). You need to sign in with a STUDIO GOAT account to buy it, and with the same account it is unlocked on any PC or phone. What it unlocks is described on the checkout screen and the work’s page.
3. Support the studio — one of ₩3,000 · ₩5,000 · ₩10,000. Whatever the amount, you get a supporter wallpaper, and you can leave a support message if you want (“6. Support messages”). You can buy it without signing in, and support orders aren’t linked to any account. The wallpaper can be downloaded only on the payment-complete screen. Please keep the order number shown on that screen (you’ll need it for a refund or to remove your message).
4. Prices are in Korean won and include VAT.
5. Payment methods are those shown on the checkout screen (cards, etc.). Payment takes place in the payment provider’s payment window, and the operator doesn’t receive payment details such as card numbers.
6. A purchase is made once payment is complete, and the full version of The Commute Home is unlocked right away. Before payment, we show you the product, the price and the refund conditions and ask for your agreement.
7. If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian can cancel it (section 3 of the Refund Policy).
8. If we find that someone else’s payment method was used, or that a payment or refund was made by fraudulent means, we may cancel the purchase and lock the unlocked content again.

6. Support messages

1. If you leave a message when supporting (up to 80 characters, without links or line breaks), the operator reviews it and then posts it on the homepage’s “Support the studio” page with “Anonymous · year.month”. The amount isn’t shown. It is posted as written, without translation, on the pages in every language.
2. We may not post, or may take down, messages such as: content that harms or insults others, illegal content, personal information such as names or contact details, ads or promotion, and content unrelated to the works. Your support payment stays as it is even if the message isn’t posted (for refunds, see section 2 of the Refund Policy).
3. To have your message taken down, send your order number to kimtjqltm@gmail.com. We take it down after checking. If your support is refunded, the message is taken down too.
4. The rights to a message belong to the person who wrote it, and the operator uses it only to keep it posted on this page.

7. Please don’t

If you do any of the following, we may restrict your use or delete your account.

1. Putting excessive load on the servers or trying to break their security
2. Tampering with save data, or using automation tools to get records or rankings
3. Using someone else’s account, or infringing on other people’s rights
4. Writing illegal or harmful content in “Leave feedback” or elsewhere
5. Using a Mukkit List nickname to harm, impersonate or insult others — we may delete that share
6. Using someone else’s payment method, or abusing the Refund Policy to get money back
7. Writing anything listed in item 2 of “6” in a support message

8. Rights

• The rights to the text, images and games on the homepage and in the works belong to the operator. Things made by others, such as fonts, follow their own licenses.
• You can use them freely for personal enjoyment, and capturing or sharing play screens and Mukkit List share cards is fine.
• Product names that appear in Mukkit List are trademarks of their respective owners. STUDIO GOAT is not affiliated with them and does not endorse those products.
• Feedback you send may be used to improve the service.

9. Liability

• If progress is lost in a free service or a work in testing, the operator is not liable unless it was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
• The operator is also not liable when the service can’t be provided for reasons beyond the operator’s control, such as natural disasters or problems with your device or connection.
• Mukkit List is a playful record of foods you’ve eaten. It doesn’t provide information about ingredients, allergens or food safety, and it is not medical or nutritional advice to eat any food. The years when foods were popular are estimates. Before trying a new food, please check allergies and your health yourself. The operator is not liable for problems arising from buying or eating food, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
• If there is a problem with a paid product (for example, you paid but it didn’t unlock), we refund or fix it under the Refund Policy. Even if progress in a work in testing is reset, the products you bought (the full version) stay on your account.

10. Disputes

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea, and we will first try to resolve disputes through conversation. If a lawsuit is needed, it will be brought in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

• For disputes about paid products, you can apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee (www.kcdrc.kr).
